During my conversations with stakeholders over the past three-and-a-half years, the main recurring topics are talent acquisition and retention, developing new business pipelines, and finding the right public relations and communications professionals. For time-poor executives, all three can be challenging. That’s why we have developed the network — to help businesses transcend these roadblocks by matching professionals who are suited to working together.

Our mission and vision have stemmed from the countless conversations I have had with industry professionals about the need to be correctly positioned within organizations to fully do their jobs or represent clients.

Our mission is to foster the right collaboration to optimize business relationships, reputations and growth.

Strategic’s vision is for every public relations and communications professional to belong to a standalone strategic management function for the industry, which is recognized and understood by everyone, and has a permanent seat at the leadership table.

The network connects and matches public relations and communications individuals, freelancers / independent practitioners, agencies and tech company executives who are hiring or outsourcing communications in the USA and UK.

As an online network, it is a talent platform for agencies and tech companies, a job finder for individuals, and a business development solution for freelancers / independent practitioners and agencies.
